Non-Traditional Season Conditioning Through May 25th.

Class Schedule

  • Weight Training

    Weight Training consists of a one hour class offered on Mondays and Wednesdays (1 and 2 pm) . Players are required to attend at least one session per day.

  • In-Water Conditioning

    In-Water Conditioning meets twice a week for a two hour (6 am - 8 pm) on Tuesdays and Thursday. Players are required to attend both sessions.

  • Inter Squad Scrimmages

    We scrimmage Wednesday nights from 8:30-10 pm.
